I just finished my first draft, so now I'm plunging into the stickies and figuring out where that trunk got to, and whether everything is all bunchy....<br /><br />Sadly, my WIP is a lot like my tree--my tree (the only one that will fit in our house) is 3 feet tall, but absolutely covered in ornaments. Too many ornaments. Rather cluttered, really. Not at all magazine-worthy. My WIP absolutely tried to do too much. It's taller than 3 feet (102,000 words) but as a YA, it shouldn't be.
